Almost no-one knows Benidorm, its a small town in the south of Spain near Alicante. The City has the highest density of high-rise buildings (per capita) in the world. Due to the high numbers of tourists most of the buildings are hotels or apartment blocks. With the right skills its not too hard to access most of the roofs.

I beg to differ, pretty much everyone in the UK knows Benidorm as it has more English people there than Spanish

haha yes that's right most of the tourists are either form the UK or Russia and also most of them are over the age of 60. All in all a very strange city
