Bouncing around Simcoe County

I went back to two locations that I've explored before in search of the beautiful contract of snow and vintage autos.

1. I take a photo of this tractor every time I visit this place. The way the metal has aged is beautiful.

2. A sexy 2-door Chevy with some bondo showing

3. I'm standing on a Camaro, while shooting a pic of a Gremlin and a Mustang. The Gremlin was stick too!

4. I want to say late 1910's or early 1920's Ford Truck...Mr Bandi can you confirm?

5. I love how they name the pedals:

6. Nothing fancy about the barn but it ties into the next shot:

7. We had to climb under the collapse to scope out this old cafe:

8.

9. I just love snowmobiles!

10. This one has been done before by some past members but here is my take on it:

11. Love the color and the moss on this late 60's Cub Cadet:

12. The way this lonely chair shot turned out made me warm and fuzzy:

13.

Thanks for looking!

Nice set *thumbs up

I like your take on # 10

That baby blue gremlin is same as a friend of mine had way back in the day....brought back some memories of us and friends cruising about in our youth....This was BEFORE he led the Durham Regionals on a chase that found him and the car messed up lets say

I do like ridiculous summer foliage intertwined among auto ruins, but the desolation of winter is so much more appealing. Especially with the light dusting of snow on top of everything. That 2-door Chevy looks ready and waiting for Freddy Krueger's remains. Doh!...actually, I just did a retro 80s internet search and discovered they were just buried a junkyard and not in the trunk of a wreck. I don't know why I remember the trunk. I definitely won't mistake the flaming stream of dog piss though!

I like how the open doors and hood of #8 somehow are angled just right to give a strange illusion that the car has buckled and is broken in half.

These places are always so cool, so many little things to look at. You can walk around forever and find some new detail or angle or something. Very nice man

I love that tractor (Ford 8N). 535,000 of them were built from 1947-1952, and more than half of them are still in regular use today.
