When driving around the 2 lane roads of Eastern NC, you can run into some amazing abandoned mansions and houses. Some haven't been touched in years and are filled with everything that was left behind. The White Mansion is for sale actually, if anyone is interested. The Small one with the copper roof had signs of homeless living in there, though it was pretty empty. The white one with red shutters was filled with interesting nick-nicks and antiques.
