I've been driving by this place for over fifteen years now but recently it has become abandoned. Located in a high profile corner lot at Courtice Road and Baseline Road in south Courtice near Highway 401, this place and the surrounding out buildings are in a fine state of dilapidation. If you're in the area, check 'er out. You may have better luck accessing the upper floors than I. Enjoy.

I punched the address into my Google Earth map, and lo' and behold, I had the location tagged as simply "Check Out ASAP". So, I'm really glad to see from your gallery that this place is indeed worth checking out ASAP.
Thanks for including the address/location as well. I've been thinking about that a lot lately on here. It's a diehard habit to just not do it, but, more and more, I'm starting to feel like the only people left on UER are serious explorers and lifers. Even if a spot is way outside my area, I appreciate being able to put it on my maps for a future year and/or spin around in 360 degree view on Google Earth and check the property out.

I used to worry about posting directions to a location but in cases like this one, it's on a very busy road and it would be ultra obvious to anyone passing by. It's not a state secret by any means.

all the trees around the house have been cut down, looks like it is about to be demolished. I just explored it a few days ago.
