On September 28th at 11:30AM a fire broke out in a Gateway Industries warehouse on Point Douglas. The blaze lasted into the 29th
This was taken shortly before I was shooed off the tracks by a CP guard.
I returned to the site on October third.
This car was in that same spot a few years ago.
Facing North, this looks like the ruins of where they had a soap making assembly line. There were also large rolls of scorched paper.
On the left side you can see some smoke rising from a hot spot. I thought I saw a flicker of flame.

Not sure what this building was but I wasn't wearing protective boots to get close.
I wonder where the ladder goes!

I miss that place was sad when it burned the first time.
Was home to 13person meet-up xplore in 2009?
The ladder ur asking about that was a room ontop a storage bin to access a Blower motor.
And that building ur asking about had some big blower fans iside it
