I'd love to know more details behind this. It doesn't mention the building, but I would like to think a historic building that was open to the public wouldn't have stairways collapse. And it goes without saying it wasn't UE like we know. Surely Reba didn't "pre-dawn" this place (although the image of her crawling through a basement window with a respirator and a red head lamp is hysterical). But I still wonder if she was touring a vacant property to potentially restore....
