Abandoned theater closed sometime around 2016 from the videos I've seen its pretty pristine. Walked around for 20 minutes looking for a way in before giving up its sealed very well and even if I managed to get inside it had motion sensors.

Sign at the road still had a banner for a show, this place must have closed unexpectedly as their Facebook still claims they are open
Looking from the side it is really just the front that looks fancy
Second story entrances like these on both sides, maybe for offices?

As I was walking around I saw police cars coming up the road from a ways away so I decided to play it safe and leave.

Ah yes. This place. I gave it a shot about 5 years ago. Managed to get in and set off some of the loudest alarms ever.
