If he actually did damage some of the doors or cameras, then that's a different story... but it still shouldn't result in all of those charges. I'm glad he has a seemingly competent lawyer. Unfortunately cases like that wring the defendant dry in the court process alone, even if he is ultimately found not guilty.

I also get the impression he might still be a free man if he hadn't stuck his social media username on the roof of a high-profile, active building. Especially as that linked him to every high-risk, critical infrastructure explore he seems to have beautifully, meticulously documented.

He doesn't deserve to have his life screwed by busybody cops with nothing better to do, anyway: last I checked, there was plenty of real crime and other social issues to tackle in Cincinnati. That cop saying he "left a wake of destruction"? Really!? You'd think the guy destroyed Iraq (twice), or something. That cop has to be clutching his pearls white-knuckle-tight, if he believes that for a single second. What a hero! :/

Who buys this crap? I sure hope the jury won't...
