One of the reasons why my outings have been so few and far between this year is that, as I'm sure some of you have felt as well, it has been harder and harder to find places that seem like they'll be interesting enough to look into further. Often, even those will give me the feeling that I'm on a rail, going through a location from photo op to photo op. It's been hard to capture the same excitement that I felt when I first started doing this. This place, though, was a breath of fresh air in so many ways. 1.)

I didn't even know it was possible for such a large place to be so untouched. Great stuff.
