Yes lots of us. Check out the UE DB and see. Last house I explored was 24 years ago in Orlando, Florida. (I think) Your images are nice, looks like a "re-hab" going on...

I used to explore a lot of houses but don’t really anymore, if they have stuff in them they can be pretty cool but usually they’re empty in my experience.

How ironic I hop on here and see this. I frequent this place and the thread I posted with the wall and gazebo is from a property not too far from here. Just took my daughter to this one today. There are some other cool buildings right across the street.
If you're ever down for a meetup on this side of town lmk!

There's another property just past this location on the opposite side of the street that I have wanted to check out but couldn't confirm if it was truly abandoned. Any ideas? I don't have any current plans to be back this way, but it's only 40 minutes from my house, so Yeah, lets meet sometime.
