So, I've been keeping a journal on the site lately, and I've started to wonder-- when should I be making posts in my journal, versus in the regional forums? I'm thinking that my bigger, more interesting explores could go in the forums, and the less exciting stuff could stay in the journal. However, I like the journal because it's a chronological documentation of all the exploring I've done. Is it okay to cross-post, putting a post in the regional forums and then copy/pasting it to my journal for documentation's sake? Would it be better just to post a link? This is etiquette I haven't seen anyone touch on yet, so please let me know if you've got any advice!

Yeah, it's fine. Quite honestly I don't think anybody really looks at journals any more so if you want anybody to see your photos sharing them to the regional forums (or the photography forum, if it's cool enough to be of interest to every urban explorer on the site) is really the only way they'll get seen.
"Sorry, I didn't know I'm not supposed to be here," he said, knowing full well he wasn't supposed to be there. | |
There are journals on this site?
