I grew up in the neighborhood for 20 years, The cabin used to be owned by Sandy Mctaggart as a get away from his house above which was quite a shanty in its own ( worth I think like 23-25 Mil aprox). He donated the whole property to the University couple few years back before moving to his own island. Quite a shame such a place has slowly been going to waste over the years, the house is story in its own but the cabin used to be fully renovated with flat screen Tv and modern decor till vandals got in.

Nice, I've seen this place but never stopped to check it out. Wish we had more than just abandoned gas station to explore outside the city.
