This is still a good set even with just a phone camera. Have you gone back since this 2017 explore?

The Southeast has an unfortunate drought of abandoned high rises in cities. There are a few spots but they all pale in comparison to that; I may have to take a trip to Texas soon just for all of the cool urbex spots and rooftopping.

I was inside the Majestic Hotel in Hot Springs, AR. The building was massive (even with half of it burned down), and it was a well-known landmark - probably the best-known landmark in town - until it was demolished. I’m guessing that guy was just a curious local or possibly a tourist that had absurdly coincidental timing.

We have not been back unfortunately. Would definitely go again though! We have three kids so its been a hot minute since we had did an explore, always creeping on here though to get my fix
