People are being so short with you because you're like the sixth person this week to ask for handouts, and those of us who spent long hours diving through Google and city records and following vague leads to find locations aren't going to give them up to the first stranger who asks. Establish yourself as a trustworthy explorer in your own right who contributes to the community, and the trust will come.
