Revisited an old favorite of mine. I first visited in July of 2016 when it was in pristine condition and barely looked abandoned. I hadn't been back for a while and heard through the grapevine it was in bad condition... That was a dramatic understatement. The place is absolutely trashed. I'd love to meet the cowards who do this type of thing. What's the point in spray painting crude words/phrases, swastikas, and just general nonsense? What's the joy in smashing windows, punching holes in walls and kicking out banisters? I don't think I'll ever understand it.

Wow...I don't think I will ever understand either Skye What a shame to see what's become of this home. Thanks for the share

That's just sad... Why do people have to destroy everything they can??? This place looked relatively good before it got trashed, it really is a damn shame... This is why we can't have nice things.

But nature can be just as cruel, while she doesn't tag genitalia or vulgar language, just look what she has done to this poor old church The GIF file attached below is from 2012, then 2015 and then just last week

Wow. It's almost amazing how fast that went. Idk what the plans are for this place, but damn...those floorboards really should've been salvaged before it went to hell. That's a shame. But on the bright side it makes for some pretty sweet pictures! Really nice shots and well done with the before and after.

Jeez, that's some hardcore trashing. I think it's a viscous cycle, the more trashed the place is - the more trashed it becomes. If I'm being completely fair, when Honest Eds was on it's knees and the old Alderwood Collegiate was in it's heyday, I let off a few fire extinguishers inside. Shame what happened to this place though, seemed really pristine. Also, I try to remind myself that most bored dudes my age don't see any beauty in the vacancy or the the natural decay of these places. Rather, just an abandoned spot to wreck havoc on! \____(:^)_____/ Freak - that's an incredible GIF! Should do one of those with Toronto's skyline - the boom of condos would be crazy.

I'm cool with natural decay, don't get me wrong some places are better the more they age... Like a fine wine. However I hate when people directly do the damages .

It's going to be demolished for 137 Townhouses... So, overall there was no salvaging it anyways - but it's definitely a shame some of that valuable material was ruined.
