I've placed a more serious inquiry for pricing on a run (20-80) of shirts, design #s 1 and 11 below:
Design #1 will be a YACHT CLUB white screen print on the left chest, and #11 will be some problem-solved full-shirt dye sublimation action.
There will likely be some sort of preorder process for getting #s of sizes.
Stay tuned here for preorder link to save some # on a shirt.

That was the City of Calgary Water Services manhole cover.

It's a really nice patterned manhole! The squares look so industrial and rugged. I love that one, and the hex design:
These designs were prototyped, and then I printed the actual stickers.

Got my stickers a few days ago and they're great! I've already found places for two of them and I'm resisting the urge to stick them all over everything I own ;D

Just out of curiosity have you considered using a service such as TeeSpring for the shirts. I know the profit margins may not be quite as well and you may not be feeding a local shop. But it may save you a ton of leg work if anyone can order the design of their choice with no money out of your pocket and have multiple color choices.
A good friend of mine uses it for our local club and it seems to work out well.
Just a thought.

Yes I've certainly considered this recently. I'm skeptical of getting the right shirt fabric and print quality, also I'd have little control over the packaging and quality of the shirts; I'd have to put my trust in the hands of TeeSpring.
I'll keep looking at it more closely [especially if my local printing company doesn't get back to me with their updated quote soon]!

It's happening. UER Shirts!
- The shirts are currently in PREORDER and the prices reflect the time between today and the estimated ship date
- Pricing will increase as orders are placed, so get 'em quick.
- No guarantee on delivery date. Probably this year.
- I will use preorders to scale up to see what sizes I need to order
- All packaging is recyclable paper
- Buying a shirt earns you a swag star, of course
basic Yacht Club (black)
and Premium Kirkbride (dark grey)
This Kirkbride one will be a really nice shirt, I suggest you order now before the price increases. 
The shirts will be American Apparel or a brand called Bella+Canvas. They'll be quality I'll stand behind, however unless there is an error on my end, I cannot afford to send replacements due to ordering the wrong size, etc.

I got my shirt in the mail a couple months ago (I ordered the one in the quote above) and meant to say so sooner. I can be easily distracted at times.
I went with a size small. I’m a 5’8” about 135-140lb female (not sure how that works out in the metric system, lol) and I’m happy I did because it fits perfectly. If I can stop being lazy here in a while, I’ll go put it on and take a pic so others can see how they fit.
I had forgotten about ordering the shirt since it had been a few months on preorder, tbh, so this was a great surprise when it showed up in my mail box!
I wandered till the stars went dim.
