I got a little too happy when I knocked out 1200 stair case steps and 9 miles as my first "hike" after my pcl healed.

It's just me.
I took my newly married wife to the mud volcanoes at the Salton Sea and we threw mud at each other until the cows came home.

It's a reference to the Crimean Crisis in 2014. It was shortly before that happened is when I totally messed up trying speak Russian and decided to get back into practice.

I started watching Russian-language TV and reading the news from Russia regularly. The Crimean Crisis and the Donbass War were hot topics at the time.

I'm primarily a mine explorer so the "Stay Out, Stay Alive" sign just seemed appropriate. The Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology puts these warning signs on every mine entrance across the entire state. The unintended consequence is that they work wonderfully as beacons for us mine explorers. Sometimes an adit is camouflaged by shrubs or whatnot, so the signs help us find every possible entrance. Nice!

I've considered changing my profile picture to be a cropped version of this picture, but I've just been too lazy.

The management here didn't like my mocking Photoshopped picture of an evil person wearing a purple suit.

My username is mostly intended to keep other people from using it.

So here's Ze'ev Jabotinsky.

Are we living a life that is safe from harm? Of course not, we never are. But that's not the right question. The question is, are we living a life that is worth the harm?

I like the heck snake!

I had a placeholder for a while, it was this really sick (sarcasm) photo looking down while I was hanging from the side of a mountain. You could see the carabiner from which I was hanging, my feet, and then just clear down the mountainside. TheGerm and Technomancer might remember it.

Then I found something with more meaning and changed it

I've been thinking about changing it but I don't really have a suitable substitute at the moment, and I feel like it's pretty recognisable as me by this point

i decided to do a "edgy teenager theme" for my stuff because i found it pretty funny and rolled with it. i was originally intending the name to be Urbex Stryder48,but i thought it would be funny to have that edgy look.

Because I was watching a lot of Archer when I changed it this time. It'll change again, probably something Gravity Falls, SVTFOE, or RWBY related...I am a child.

I share your love of Kreiger - This is my costume from Halloween 2013.

It was a square-cropped abandonment pic that I had at-hand.

Also, no place gave me the creeps more than this one. I've always explored this one alone (back then it required some pipe-climbing, which none of my exploring friends were up for). Like many state hospitals, literally thousands of dead are buried in unmarked graves in the fields surrounding it. Unlike most state hospitals (which are fully-defunct), people get killed in the still-active portions of this facility on a disturbingly-regular basis to this very day.

I'm not one to believe in ghosts, but it's hard to ignore the negative energy.

For me it's because I'm a massive fan of Alex Terrible(a vocalist) and I think the picture and the mask both look pretty sick. Eventually though I'll get around to having a picture of myself. It's a little hard when your typically by yourself and don't really trust people to take a good picture.
