19 rue mill in beauharnois
One building on the right side has been destroyed. Otherwise the rest have been preserved.
Don't worry too much about trespassing, the owner apparently rents the place out for paintball and etc.

It was domtar until they opted to close the plant, there was an employee buyout and the plant was called spexel for a time

warehouse burned down a few years back, the owner isnt making friends with the B Nois town council, they had a plumbing issue that drained the city reservoir

So far from my sources, this place is mostly used for Airsoft games. I think the owner has made some improvements to not get in so easily, but this is yet to be determined. I still plan on checking it out.

LOL! Smoke bomb's! That must have been from the Airsoft games. Some of the people who play there are hard core, not surprising they used them. Dumb asses.
