I love the Trailer Park Boys, and made a plan to visit one of the parks where they filmed in on my vacation to the East Coast. I did some research, and found out where they filmed Season 10. I stopped there and ended up finding much more than I expected. To my surprise, the original trailers were left in place. I instantly recognized the spot as nearly all scenes that are actually set in the park in Season 10 are filmed either in the little courtyard shown in the video, or the actual entrance to the park. HOW IT LOOKED DURING FILMING (2015):

Not saying you didn't find it, but none of your then & now photos seem to match-up... Usually when a production comes somewhere & asks to use a location, part of the deal is that they clean it up, put on fresh pant, etc. or generally leave it in better condition than what it was in before using it.

You should've seen the mess they left at the old pysch hospital where they shot seasons 4-7...

Darby is right, between the garbage and props, the old Rehab was an absolute wreck from when TPB Productions finished using the property. Absolutely disgusting. From the pictures you've posted, it looks pretty tame in comparison.

Sucks that they got-away with leaving the place a mess. Sounds like even if they were told they didn't need to fix-up the place after filming, the property-owner or local officials who signed an agreement with the show's producers is *negligent* in not requiring them to not leave any fire=hazards behind. For some productions filmed in old, historic places, the production company agrees as part of the contract to use the property, to fix broken windows, re-paint in historically accurate colors, etc. /-/oolie

As far as the rehab goes, they could have paid the city to have it cleaned up for when the rehab was demo'd. After all, you can't even tell it was there anymore, its just a giant field pretty much at this point. I was up there before the rehab was torn down, but at the same time, all the trailers were already gone and the only debris that was there, was from some of the smaller separate buildings that were already torn down. Nobody knows the real deal the crew had with whatever land owners they deal with, we can only assume, unless someone had some solid fact

Deal or not, the place was a mess when they left. I know a lot of people who worked on the show when it was shot there, and they can attest to that. The outside of the building was definitely cleaned up more before demolition. Things were stolen, or sold off over time. It was never a beautiful building, but production should have been more accountable.
