Frustrating to see these people damaging the church. I was there 2 days ago, everything seems clean, and I went to that place with a friend today, a lot of thing are steal, vandalized, food rotting, garbage... They don't know these places are precious and we need to be careful. I hope they are not in this forum. Disappointed... :/
In this video we see 4 guys, three 20-25 and one 55-60 trying to take a speaker that is fix in the wall.

I imagine he means (if I'm not mistaken) that they were dumb enough to record themselves stealing a speaker, and then upload it, but had the foresight to blur out their faces so no one stops and goes "Didn't we see you on tape stealing speakers?".
Assuming that isn't you and your buddies.

Yeah, that's exactly what I mean. I know a guy in my region who uploads videos of himself vandalising locations, using his real name. The police charged him about $900.

I don't see any evidence DonPictures is part of this video, other than sharing it and complaining about their behaviour.

No, they wasn't dumb enough to do that. I was the guy who recorded. I went to this place with a friend, you can see it at the beginning with a flannel shirt. We heard a loud smashing sound and we went to see what happen. I also ask the guy what is he doing. But I didn't do much because they were 4 against us. After that they shoot out some bullshit to us. I blur their face because I can't record people if I don't have their authorization. I could send you the original clip if you guys want to see.

so its not written by a lawyer but its close enough and its the law here, if you find some criminals and want to post their likeness on your personal photoblog go right ahead

I'm not convinced the rules should be interpreted so strictly. Though covering their faces here, and showing unedited photos to police, seems a reasonable enough practice to me, to limit your role in this.
I kind of don't give a shit about the "no faces of anyone" rule, as I've shared countless photos of strangers in public at or adjacent to sites. Though I've photographed very few pictures of people committing property crimes. I have linked to one guy posting public videos under his real name of himself vandalising sites, as mentioned.
