First thread, first exposure. This is a cement warehouse here in Austin that was apparently closed down sometime in the early 2000s. Tax records indicates it belonged to some company and then sold to some unknown entity (likely residing in some equally unknown part of the country). As of today it appears the land is on sale and listed at about $1M. My apologies for the crappy phone pictures, but it's all this 1M dollar real estate investor can afford for now.
