DECAY: an urban exploration documentary

DECAY is my (high school) senior short film, and I'm honored to share it with you guys!

I really wanted to showcase the hobby and why some people enjoy exploring. After about a month of asking around for people to interview and go on explorations with, Peptic Ulcer decided to take the chance with me. The following video is a product of about 2-3 months of exploring, editing, and touching up. I hope you all enjoy!

Please ask any questions you want, and I'll answer to the best of my abilities!

That's pretty good. You have some really nice scenes and you break theme up with dialogue efficiently. If i did not know better i would think that it was a preview to a professional documentary. My only compliant is somewhat shaky camerawork but it it not really all that bad.

Thanks, it means a lot to me! Some of the shaky camera work is from the earlier explorations, since me and my main camera man didn't really know what to expect or how to best record it. Thankfully we got it down fairly quickly!

Pretty good! Keep up the good work!

Tip: to embed your video on the website, copy and paste Youtube link as follows (minus the spaces, brackets and all):

Also, it's always fun seeing people (or partial people) in videos after only "hearing" them from behind their UER names online!

I love it. Peptic hit it right on the head. That's exactly how I feel about places and exploring, along with a lot of us (won't speak for all). Very nice and well done.
