*groan* It's nice to be whole and in one piece.
You will find out the hard way that most joint and spine injuries can never be fully made functional by surgery or rehab.
Ballistic movements/exercises/training carry the highest risk of catastrophic injury.
Doing parkour while exploring is great way to splore the hurt locker.
Outrunning a collapsing floor I would consider to be saving your ass rather than parkour.
Being able to think fast and having fast reaction time is good.
Creating needless additional risks in a high risk environment is just asking for it.

Id like to see urbex combined with some type of MMA, its a sport.
Of course you would not be obligated to fight above your weight class that would be strictly optional.
