My partner and I went on a trip to an abandoned prison last week. Here are some of the highlights.

Especially eerie-looking. I believe it was a staff/storage building.
Spiral staircase up to the guard tower.
As we were about to exit one of the buildings I heard a faint squeaking sound from outside. We were both a little spooked, but decided we were being paranoid and that it was probably just the wind. We left the building, turned a corner, and sure enough, there's someone there, staring directly at us. Turns out the guy was a fellow explorer, but damn we must have looked scared.
All in all, it was a great trip.

Awesome! Would love to check out an abandoned prison. I've been to tours at Alcatraz and Missouri State Penitentiary.

Love these, especially all those block windows in the concrete buildings. Perfect sort of day for these sorts of photos, I hope it wasn't too cold.
