I have a picture of UER Website in 2002. Enjoy! You can also browse the old website. Good view! http://web.archive...http://www.uer.ca/

Retro dashboard UER... before the invasion of the Christmas lights
Just when I thought I was out... they pulled me back in. |
I think we were still on that webring until I suggested it finally be removed a couple years ago.
I found UER in September of 2003...

So high tech!
Oh good, my slow clap processor made it into this thing. |
Toronto's skyline is surprisingly clean cut too!

Anybody remember Danversstatehospital.com? "No Gimmicks, just asylums." That site was my break into this hobby....well I lied....the movie House on Haunted Hill (1999) got me into this hobby.

Wow!
Everyone has a dark side, mines just a little more illuminated. |

UER still looks like it's stuck in 2002...

It's functional at least. That's what matters for the most part.

HAHA other than the social media Heavyweights......the internet is pretty much as it was in 2002!
I mean, that's pretty much what I was going to say: I honestly assumed the site hadn't changed much if at all since 2002. Always nice to see the Toronto Skyline not invaded by condos.
One day I got a good camera. https://www.flickr...hotos/fleetsurbex/ |

Interesting to see how the site has changed and how it has stayed the same in some regards, over the years.
Somehow it looks more modern than it does now
I know it's looked the same for a long time but didn't realize its stayed the same for this long. It's ok. I don't mind the lack of bloatware and ads.

I sort of remember when wrapping your screen name around X's was trendy.
