St. Joseph Hospital 1873 - 2015
These photos were taken at St. Joseph Hospital (Denver, CO) between the dates of November 1st, 2015 and December 6th, 2015. A total of 3 visits, including a solo mission by me. Lots of history to this place. There were writings on the walls from all the employees saying they started their career's there and even had their own kids there! We found the morgue with the autopsy table and refrigerators still in tact. You can see the progress of the demolition in the morgue photos taken on two separate occasions. Two of the biggest highlights were finding the morgue, and reaching the helipad on the north tower. Photos are shot with an iPhone 4s, Nikon Powershot, and Canon T5. There was a lot of asbestos, and signs that read, "must use respirators beyond this point," everywhere. We have since upgraded to NIOSH approved P100 respirators. Hope you enjoy the pics! P.S. My solo mission was right after a Halloween party and I still had my makeup on in one of the pics, which ended up turning out pretty cool I thought

It was torn down in 2016. They built the new hospital next door then tore down the older part. map https://www.google...2e0!7i13312!8i6656 They left the Mullen Building up at least. http://www.masonry...t-joseph-hospital/They left the Mullen Building standing, but the rest is gone.
