I visited this old building in Hull that's hidden in plain sight. I managed to find some of the history on it: it was built in 1942, used by the Government of Canada's Energy, Mines, and Resources department since 1972, and likely abandoned in 2001 when it was sold to the city of Gatineau. 1.

I think i know where this one is! I was talking with another guy on the chat about it. IF it's the one i'm thinking of, they had plans to change it to a multimedia building of some sort in 2016. I'm glad it's still there as i haven't checked it out yet.

What I will say is that it's easy to find and fairly easy to gain access when you realise what you need to do to get in.

This is the one i was thinking of, i was sure it used to be a school. How are the surroundings? Easy to get spotted when going in? Might be checking it out this weekend.

I went for a second trip here yesterday and brought my tripod.
