Recently one of the biggest overpasses in Seoul closed a section when some very worrying safety concerns were discovered. The last time the exact defect was discovered, a section of a bridge over the river collapsed and killed a bunch of people. So several kilometers of the thing were closed off and workers were placed at all the onramps to prevent cars from driving up. But the offramps were unguarded.
I drive under the thing first, then I pass by the workers before heading up the offramp while they're distracted with traffic. At some point I'll try to put some music to this.
