Huge thanks to A through Z Explorations and Rust Junky for being kind enough to show my buds and I around this gargantuan steel playground last weekend. They definitely made the 5+ hour drive worth while. Hope to do it again someday.
It was a beautiful day out which yielded plenty of time to snap off some wanna-be photographer shots!

What mookster said!! I would love to explore a massive industrial spot like this!! It looks like a absolute blast. You got some really excellent shots here! #6 is amazing, but "A Dying Breed" takes the cake here for sure! Killer stuff!!

Hey thanks man I appreciate it! It was my first attempt at HDR shooting and was hesitant on how others would receive the image, so I'm glad you like it!

Oh My! I want to go here! Its a toss up for me between the B&W's and the HDR. The last one IS absolutely Amazing, but 6 and 7 are my faves Love that Blue and Rust and the Three towers.

Thank you!! I know, you're a sucker for B&W's just like me ;-] Like the blue and rust, the place has a LOT of colors throughout. But it really was hard to choose between color or B&W's because both suit the place well.

Thanks for the compliment, mate! This place actually does tours May-October but seeing it out of season is, let's say,... fun-er haha

nice shots. I'm assuming you weren't there as part of a tour?

How am I barely noticing your set?! I think I eventually got tired of checking for your set here every day ha-ha. Alas, I see that the long time to finally post them (unlike me since I don't care about the photography aspect in this hobby) was definitely worth the anticipation. Great stuff, all of it. No guard goat photos, Goat?

Haha, I know. It takes me at least a week to make it through a batch of that amount of pictures with work and stuff. Thank you for the compliment, man, and thanks for being so nice to all of us. The whole trip being there was truly a memorable experience, it was awesome. And thanks for reminding about the goats, I forgot!!

Oh, we were certainly there for a "tour" of sorts ;) but watch out cause they got these attack goats on-site. They're trained killers :
