In the doldrums of winter, and in a rural area like mine, it can be tough to find new places to explore. Still, I sometimes get lucky (or in this case, get tipped off by a family friend) and find neat little spots to shoot. This house has seen better days, but had a surprising number of small artifacts scattered throughout, and sits on a gorgeous piece of property. I had fun here (it helps that there was an unseasonable lack of snow), and I might return sometime to shoot with the new camera.

My balls are tingling like they're resting upon an Indian "bed of nails"!
"Are you happy now with all the choices you've made?" "Are there times in life when you know you should've stayed?" "Will you compromise and then realize the price is too much to pay?" "Winners and losers... which one will you be today?" ***Social Distortion*** | |
Good shots dude! Finding a new place during the winter "off season" is a always a nice surprise. I laughed at the Young Explorer book and the "Bigfoot Evidence" what was the evidence? A footprint? Maybe some bigfoot sized poop?

Good stuff dude.

Thanks you guys! SwanStation, there wasn't much in the way of "evidence" there, just a little patch of dirt haha. It was super random and I definitely got a chuckle out of it.
