Compiled from two separate trips last year with piplol and mcrw. A storm damaged youth development center, some of the buildings had been torn down before we got here, but it's still worth the trip (and walk) to it.

My guess is that it is the inner workings of the clock on the front of the building..

Yes, that is correct. We were surprised that there was actually a bell (which was built in the late 1800's) and a working clock, we figured it was just a facade.
