A large industrial complex on a river and visible from nearly all downtown, it's made up of multiple buildings, the two oldest being around 150 years old. Pictures are compiled from two separate visits last October, one with mcrw, and another with jcvh and piplol.

Killer Pictures! Killer spot. I'm following you on flickr now! #3, #8, #14, and #16 my faves. It's crazy to me how little graffiti there is to the spot! if that spot was in Portland or Seattle it'd be completely different story! I love it, in its perfect state!

I really like #7. Great set, looks like a really solid location, even though I'm not super big on industrial sites.
