Random Ruins Found while doing some Recon - Brunswick, GA

Yesterday, I went out and was looking around possible entry points into an old factory. While on piece of property next door, I came across some random ruins (or remnants) of what appears to have been another building that was next door. Anyone have any idea what any of this may have been? there's some sort of conveyor too, but I have no idea it's function. Any Ideas greatly Appreciated.

Main "ruins" It appears that there was a wall that was sitting on top of the remaining part, Likely made of brick. see next photo.

2. Old wall? by rollinginthehiggs, on Flickr

Old wall location?

Piece of brick that caught my eye.

The conveyor (of sorts) I mentioned; Not sure the purpose. It was recessed into the ground a bit. The tree in the image is growing from what appears to be in the hole next to it.

Note: Planning on heading back out to this location this afternoon with a friend to look at the conveyor/ everything again. Will post a reply of any new findings.

The conveyer coming up from underneath the concrete makes me think it has a basement of some sort or tunnels under it. I've seen conveyors that run in tunnels under sugar warehouse floors, so they can just push the sugar into a hole in the floor to bring it where needed. Awesome find btw =)

Went, by this afternoon to look at it again. Here are the findings so far.

1. JAB_3532.jpg by rollinginthehiggs, on Flickr

Got an image, to show the drive unit, which I guess was originally connected with roller chain (to the outer drive sprocket)

2. JAB_3545.jpg by rollinginthehiggs, on Flickr

Solid Side view of the conveyor.

3. JAB_3540.jpg by rollinginthehiggs, on Flickr

Internal shot.

4. JAB_3533.jpg by rollinginthehiggs, on Flickr

Drive unit up close.

5. JAB_3546.jpg by rollinginthehiggs, on Flickr

Back side View of everything.

Might try to revisit and try to kinda dig around the holes it's in a bit and see if I can find anything else.

You sure it wasn't dumped or collapsed on the ground?
Given the high water table I doubt there's anything g subterranean.

Just when I thought I was out... they pulled me back in.

I don't know that there is anything underground, But there is for sure something recessed into the ground in concrete there.Looking at some old maps and trying to line up some stuff, but It may be remains from the Georgia veneer and package co. it was certainly not just dumped there, it all lines up to well.
