An old Illinois mill

Built in the 20s, this mill handled all sorts of grain and things like that. There is a scale outside, and remnants of a crane that would actually pick up trucks to aid in unloading. It quit operations in the 70s. A good friend of mine now owns it, And I have to say I was giddy as could be to be able to photograph it.

I'm into trucks as well, hence why the trucks are part of the pictures. The town where this is, it's pretty quiet, there are some other abandonments. Maybe someday when I go back I will check those out as well.
