The Sauter Building was located in the heart of downtown Waukegan, and built in 1894. For nearly a century it was home to Stern's Store for Men, before succumbing to the economic recession and deteriorating building in 2010 - the apartments, where this video was filmed, were already condemned 24 years prior.
Real quality promo, man. Loved it. Music choice was great. I'm not even from the area, but I so wish I could come see your exhibit lol. I don't even know the building outside of this post but I can't help but feel like your video pretty well captured the personality of the building, whatever personality that may be. Good shit man.
