I think I found a 280 Z! Please enjoy. Please subscribe to my Youtube channel. I have close to 200 videos of my adventures exploring abandoned buildings, drain tunnels and much much more! https://www.youtub...atch?v=k7z8YNUTJ7I

Looking over your posts it seems you started out strong, then since May, it seems, have turned to shameless self-promotion of your YouTube channel. You have great stuff but personally I would rather see the videos here rather than clicking a link and have someone promote themselves. Just my two cents. Edited for diction and punctuation.

Sorry about the over self promotion. Exploring is what I live to do. I put a lot of work into my videos. I can see your point.

Oh you don't like clicking links to find out what it is?

It is how the posts are written, I think. They offer us nothing in the way of information about why we should click it. Just "subscribe to my channel"... Take some time to write a description of what you've done, maybe post a photo or two. Buy us a drink before you ask us to spend the night.

If you notice, your posts typically have less than 5 responses, and most have zero. That should tell you a lot. I just ignore your posts because I know there is nothing there if I click on them.

I thought the name of the place in the title would be enough. I will try adding some description.

So you will watch a video only if others have commented on it? Responses are nice, I am happy knowing people watch my videos.

I guess it depends if you want to be part of the community here, or just use this as a forum to advertise your YouTube channel. There are other members of UER that have externally hosted content (youtube or personal websites) that post meaningful content here, as a teaser to get people to click on the link to learn more and see more content. Consider this constructive criticism meant in good nature from someone who has seen lots of and lots and lots of posts here and has an idea of what works and what doesn't.

Yokes thanks for flushing out in a far more articulate way than I could have. You said EXACTLY what I wanted to. Good content but no context. I would be far more likely to subscribe if I had a few stills posted with a story and the video as an extra exciting bonus.

Thank you for the tips. I will work at it. I have tried to join this website, I have been recommended by at least two members, but no go. No big deal. I am just happy to share my videos of my experiences here. Again, thank you for the suggestions!

You're walking on the fine line between a blatant and a subtle spammer. I think it's blatant enough for a call out. Your 2:20 minute video on bottle tree farm is questionable in even being a urbex location. 1:30 of that video is consumed in your cookie cutter intro/closing set you use in every video. Making a whole bunch of threads in a short time frame and flooding the first page and burying everything in your spam is pushing the limit. Many of your posts are topped off with search marketing style writing sprinkled with client specified keywords and names in such obvious ways. In 1952, My Clients commissioned the Super Hero, the first certified African-American architect west of the Mississippi, to design homes for Unicorns and Rainbows featured in some well known Magazine... Thanks to the efforts of Name We're Supposed to Drop, a resident and real estate developer, More Names Go Here who did some wonderful things...
