Are tax records public there (like the tax assessor for the property?). I wonder if the last known owners are still alive ): its so pretty. Nice set.

Don't think I will go back for awhile. It is on private property and the property is taken care of.

So I made the trip today and WOW is this place ever breathtaking. I unfortunately forgot my camera's memory card in my computer (beating myself up over that one), so with my phone and the dying light of the day I haven't gotten decent photos. I absolutely must go back after the winter with some proper equipment to give it justice.
Me and my exploring partner both want to move in as well, luckily there's enough bedrooms and bathrooms to go around.
It has changed a bit since you visited. No more loose items around, some damages here and there, a few broken windows. Really a shame for this place to be going to waste.

Focusing on the chair in #21 looks cool; if the whole photo focused on that chair tipped over in the cold sunlight it would be amazing. The whole house looks amazing, gotta wonder how places like this get abandoned.
