Pics from this past weekend's explore. Saw the burnt out children's ward, such a damn shame. Got some cool pictures with a shitty camera in that building last time I was there.

Grateful that I got into this when I did, but i sure wish I'd be more adventurous 10 or so years ago when I first went to Gaebbler with some friends. This place has changed pretty substantially even in the two years since I was last here. Thanks.

You're not the first person to mention that about photos I've taken. I tend to drop exposure in post-production but if it isn't coming out as well as I would like, perhaps I need to work on it. Thanks for the observation.

This place has been pretty high on my must visit list for awhile. Just those shots of the boiler room alone bumped it to just about the top of my list! Hopefully I can get out there before it gets completely trashed. Excellent shots by the way!!

Same here, such a shame to hear that it's been trashed. I have never seen photos of the boiler room before; that room alone makes it worth the drive.

don't take offense its just they're so dark there's almost no detail so you're not getting a clear idea of whats going on nor what the subject is supposed to be. I underexposed a lot when I shot digital

No offense taken. Critique is partially why I post on here. I'm self-taught when it comes to this stuff, so I'm just now (2.5 years in) learning what metering is. Should've taken photography in high school....
