Went out and did some exploring with a friend. Saw some neat stuff! Some of you will recognize these places if you've been there. First is an old train tunnel. Running 1,024 ft, it had two tracks. This was built between 1908 and 1911 and closed around 1979. 1.

6. Old viaduct that crosses the Delaware River. This was awesome. Great view from up top. Became abandoned in 1983. 1.

The next Viaduct. It was the largest reinforced concrete viaduct in the world when built in 1910. Abandoned in 1982. Going to go back to this one soon to get some shots from up top. 1.

4. While taking a scenic drive, we came across this old cabin. Possibly at one point someones vacation retreat. Floors looked a little unstable, so we did not explore further. There were a bunch more structures down the hill by the river which we did not get a chance to see yet. 1.

A really cool looking house on the corner. A few cars nearby, so we didn't check this one out further. 1.

And one last one. Checked it out and then walked across the road to a waterfall and river. Came back to witness a drug bust out of all things. Park rangers and all. Climbed into my truck and left, lol. 1.

Softly creeping through Empty hallways decades old, glimpsing history. | |
so the drug bust was at the abandoned house after you had just left? Good timing

Looks like some cool, low key spots, despite the drug bust. Great view from that viaduct!
