Ok, you're getting a two-fer. I just like this stupid pic for some reason.

Stunning. I could stare for hours. What kind of building was that in?

Thank you! I'm super happy with how this picture turned out. It was actually inside of an old meat packing plant. It reminds me of some pagan temple or something.
Posted by TheSwanStation This painting is straight up trippy! Awesome find.

Thank you! The one MLK Jr. yelling with the chain on his hand is really creepy looking. I only noticed that after editing the photo, not during the picture taking, thankfully.

Here's a shot from my most recent explore! Heaven Sent by Jason Jackson, on Flickr and here are two more unedited shots from an old cigarette factory I recently re-explored. It comes complete with it's own makeshift skatepark!

Any story behind the indoor pool? Looks on the small side to be in a hotel or resort. Possibly a large house? But I know indoor pools in homes are rare. Needless to say I'm intrigued. Oh and I am really digging "The American Dream" from your last post. Looks like my kinda place!

Last weekend I checked out a couple of local sites.
This church is disused but still cared for by a conservation trust. It is right on my doorstep and I never even knew it existed.

The indoor pool belongs to a private residence, easily one of my favourite spots and definitely has a huge wow factor attached to it. Glad you liked the American Dream photo, was a tense explore but worthwhile none the less!

Do you have other shots posted from either location? My friend who I grew up next door to had a indoor pool. Only time I have been in a house with one. If the one they had is anything to go by they are awesome in theory, kind of a mess in practice.

No thunder to steal, I think that factory looks amazing. The kind of location I dream of.

I re-visted the old cigarette factory this afternoon. This place is massive!
