The city of Manchester has an abundance of beautiful old culverts and sewers, usually I take photos of them but for a long time have wanted to do a video. The project took 9 months to complete with around 5000 photos taken. A Canon 6D with a Samyang 14mm 2.8 and Canon 50 1.8 was used for shooting, with a 1m Digislider rail and a Mindarin Astro for motion. https://vimeo.com/...ains-of-manchester

Wow awesome video, I love that it's all time lapse. Gives it a very otherworldly feel, which is fitting. That culvert coming straight out of the giant brick wall is pretty cool. We do not have anything like this over in the U.S.- at least in my area.
"See you guys, you never listen to me. I said there was gonna be trouble but you didn't listen to me. You guys are crazy. You know, you guys are self destructive. There's a funny farm and it has your names written all over it. But I'm gettin' out of here. I'm... I smell ice cream!" |

Very good! I liked the timelapses too! This must have been long, hard work, thanks for sharing with us! The drains in Manchester look lovely! Amazing brickwork and features! If I ever travel to the UK I'll definitely visit Manchester.
