Eyes Beyond Seeing (1995) was shot in building 136 at KPPC. The hallway in this pic can be briefly seen starting at 50:21.

Here is a couple lists. Most were abandoned prior to filming, some are sets that were actually built for the purpose of filming. The 2nd list is filled with places you can legally visit, including Tatooine from Star Wars, if you happen to be in Tunisia....
