A half-demolished factory I found behind some commercial buildings. Dunno if it's in the database or not, nor could I find any information online. I got some relatively good pictures though. The front of the commercial buildings looked like they were re-modeled, and some parts demolished to accommodate a parking lot. The back looked like they were in the process of modernizing it, but then just gave up. It's got jury-rigged doors and walls along with decaying architecture. 1.

Sorta looks reminiscent of a factory near where I live. If it's the same one, the back actually was ripped off because it caught fire when it was a recycling place for computer junk. The photos are hard to tell though and I might just be seeing things. The description is similar though.

I did see a lot of signs of fire damage. It could be the same one you're talking about, but it's not in hamilton and there aren't any residential areas nearby. It's possible that employees who work in the adjacent buildings may have had rumours passed down but I don't know anybody who work there. A quick internet search didn't turn up any results. When I find more information, I'll post it.

Not bad for your first thread, good job. Any chance you could try this place in the daytime or does it look too risky?
The sign said "Anybody caught trespassin will be shot on sight" So I jumped on the fence and I yelled at the house, "Hey! What gives you the right?" http://www.flickr.com/photos/evman/ |
