Well....thanks for all the hospitality Memphis. Sadly, no one offered to meet up or give me any suggestions. To bad, would have loved company during this explore.

Doesn't seem like you needed much suggestions/help. Looks like a great explore! Thanks for sharing.

Was it hard to get permission to explore the hospital? It's my understanding that that's the only way to get in.

Oh wow. That'd be so much easier than what me and a few friends had to do to get into this place. We've visited a few times and worked out a system to get around it. It's defiantly an awesome place to explore.

The first time we went we where just about to enter the main building when I heard a siren in the distance, and from what I could tell it was getting closer. I was right, we darted out of there (our way in involved a bit of climbing, probably took us around an hour and 30 mins to get to the point we where.) We made it out of there in 10 minutes, and as soon as we're about to exit an ambulance pulls up to right in front of us (but we where hidden pretty well) turns off it's siren and drives off. I have no idea if that was just horrible luck on our part or if someone called us in.

Also, not sure if you know this but there's tunnels in the basement that interconnect all of the buildings, or most of them anyways.

Lol cops don't dispatch ambulances to deal with trespassers.

I figured as much. I guess that was just really bad timing on our part. There's also a gate alarm down the road that goes off when it opens and closes. We heard that at about the same time we heard the siren, we figured that out the 2nd time we went.

Dang son. Looks like an amazing place. It's pretty cool to find an old hospital with all that equipment left over. It looks pretty untouched, aside from the natural decay. I really love the gallery. Nice job!

thanks for giving it a try
