Of course.
I did it later with full dive gear, b/c/full size cylinder/etc + full harness/helmet. Gotta see if I can find those pics.

No sir. 19cuft scuba cylinder.
But...if you were to fill it with beer, it would have a 2.7L capacity.
Which is 91.3 fluid ounces.
Which is 7.6 beers (12oz each)
Given that it weighs 7.8lbs, and 91.3oz of beer would weigh 5.7lbs,
The combined weight of that cylinder, full of beer, would be 13.8lbs.
For this reason, it is not an efficient container for carrying beer.
