Worrying about your life? We all worry about our lives, don't we? Maybe it's just us.
Wickedness is a myth invented by good people to account for the curious attractiveness of others. ----Oscar Wilde---- "So there I was, one man gazing into six blinking eyes and three pairs of pouty lips. Ah..see.. there's your problem. Thinking leads to ideas, ideas lead to trying, and trying is the first step to failure. Get it? heh.

I know what you mean. Laying in your bed, turning around, looking at the clock and realizing it's 3 in the morning, turning some more, looking again, seeing only five minutes have gone by, looking at the ceiling, crying to yourself... I feel ya. I worry more about money and conflicts with people more than anything. I don't handle stress well by myself. I wish I could go to Canada. ~D

When I sit in bed for long periods of time it usually involves KY and that Paris Hilton video. It passes the time alot faster than worrying about life.

My brother has this thing about opening the shower curtain when he goes in the bathroom. He gets freaked out someones going to jump out at him or something. Did I mention he's going to be 20 in two months?

I always do that. If the curtain is drawn across the bathtub I'll always open it when I go in. And I'm 24. Anyway, it's good to know i'm not the only one who lays awake at night stressing out and worrying about trivial stuff... Btw... your post up there EGU, says that I modified it. It was because I accidently hit "modify" instead of "reply with quote". Fixed it though.

Because he now makes it a practice to hide behind the shower curtain and scare the crap out of his brother, silly! -- Mat

When you get like this THD, try what I do: Recall in memory a location you explored once - and explore it in your head... Go into every last detail and wander around... As you are starting to feel sleepy imagine walking into the last room you came across on your exploration - it's filled with smoke. As you breathe in the smoke you feel more relaxed... More relaxed and less interested in what's going on outside the covers, in your life... Relaxed. And you will find yourself asleep. A hypnotherapist friend taught me this trick and it works pretty good.* Chris...

We all had ostriches. My dad had an ostrich farm! I remember one day someone came in and said the high altitude bombing of Kosovo had been a limited success, so we all went out and celebrated… by killing an ostrich and boiling it in kiwi fruit. |

thanks for the advice, that actually sounds like a good idea!
