OK, I have few rolls of Kodak Vision 2 200T film. Can I process it in local minilab as C-41 or E6? It's possible to fool them, re-rolling film into old empty Fuji Superia 200 rolls The main question is: it is dangerous? Can it damage machine or something? This is not US or UK, it's small shitty country and almost impossible to find any photo lab.

This is an ECN-2 process film, you can process it C-41 but your local lab will hate you because there's a rather thick coating on the back of the film that will gum up their machine. I would suggest mailing it out to a lab that does ECN-2.

Axle is absolutely right- the anti-halation backing will likely fuck up the processor. Don't send it in as-is. It is possible to remove the backing before sending it in for developing- I recommend Googling around a bit first so as to not ruin any film or make enemies at the lab- but from what I recall, soaking the film in water (out of the cassette of course, a hand developing tank will do the trick) will remove the backing.
