Intro

| It's June in Virginia. It's hot, humid, and it's rained more than 6 inches so far this month. The mosquitos love it.
I'm sitting at work thinking about far off places and capitalist schemes. My hands are shaking from the back to back Redbull's I just drank on an empty stomach. In a few minutes I'm going to go look at a fire-damaged house with my realtor, like I need another project. But the smell of money is wafting through the charred remains and luring me in.
On the exploration front, I'm excited to have some out of town explorers coming this weekend. It's hard for me to get motivated to explore alone, so a little encouragement will be great.
