Agree about centrailia, it was one I couldn't wait to go to, but a buddy sent me some recent pics and well, shit. If I want to see shitty roads I can pull out of my driveway. Now, I have heard a rumor about a abandoned coal mining town in WV on a island between 2 rivers supposedly abandoned in the 60's when the only bridge in and out for vehicular traffic was deemed unsafe and since the mines were running dry not economically worth fixing.................
