I met Canard by chance at this location a few days ago. I gave him the grand tour of the building, which is sadly wide open now. All the closed spots were opened up, even the metal bars wrapped around that one window was removed.

The floors were also cleaned up. Maybe the old girl has some life ahead of her?

Either way, it way is cool meeting you Canard. You should post a thread of your trip there. It's a forum favorite location!

Part of me says next time your there close up many of the open windows and leave just the couple POEs that are typically used.... But I dunno. Just thinking that if its too open looking the place will get unwanted people (more than already) trashing it.

And I think you are right, with our last couple trips there I believe their is a slow movement to get it cleaned up and moving in a redevelopment direction.
